Local firefighters responded to a call on Monday, October 10 around 4 pm, where a semi had collided with a power pole. As a result, both the truck and pole caught fire.

The accident happened at Hwy 260 and Warehouse Lane. While 260 remained open to traffic, Warehouse was closed for a few hours.
