Leilani S. Habana was officially the first baby born in the Columbia Basin in 2023!
She was born 01/01/2023 at 9:55 AM -which made her first baby delivered at Kadlec Regional Medical Center for this new year!
Her parents are Nahum and Fatima Habana (Duron). Her mom happens to be a 2016 graduate of Connell High School.
Leilani joins two older sisters Jaydy (4) and Kaelie (1). The family resides in Pasco.
The parents shared their thoughts on having the 2023 new year’s baby stating, “We are filled with joy and feel very blessed that we get to start this new year with a new member to our family.”
